Meet Our Team
Susan Gaffney
Co-Owner and Property Manager
Susan Gaffney is a California real estate broker who has been serving her clients’ real estate needs in Orange County for 25 years. She attended Pace University and New York University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Susan loves people and skillfully guides her clients in handling the challenges of today’s marketplace. She is highly regarded for her integrity and always has her clients best interests in mind. Susan is a native of New York City. In her free time, she and her husband, Tim, also a real estate broker, love spending time with family, especially their six grandchildren.
Sally Sloane
Co-Owner and Property Manager
With over 30 years of financial and management experience, Ms. Sloane is the co-owner of Mariners Property Management and oversees the financial, accounting, and administrative needs of the company.
Ms. Sloane has extensive experience in the commercial and residential property industry. Her prior employment includes property manager for ICC Enterprises, the holding company for the Chapman family of Orange, California, as well as serving in this capacity for other prominent Orange County families. She is certified as a Professional Property Manager by the California Association of Realtors.
Raised in the Seal Beach area, she attended the University of California, Irvine, Long Beach State, and Orange Coast College for degrees in Design & Business.
